This fuchi-kashira depicts a falcon perched called on a takahoko bar, strung between two stakes, with the falcon tethered by a cord called a tsunao. The metalartisan, Yoshishige [美重], was a disciple of Tamagawa Yoshihisa [美久]. Resided in Mito, Hitachi Province. Late Edo period.
