| This craftsman, Ichiyosai Hironao, was active during the Late Edo Period in Mito Clan. He was a disciple of Uchikoshi Hirotoshi. This Tsuba was crafted with well-forged iron and designed with a slight Sukinokoshi rim. A simple design of Li Bai, Chinese Poet but gives a strong impression and an overall great Tsuba to add to anyone's collection. It has passed the Tokubetsu Hozon Tosugu in march 2020. |
