| This is an openwork tsuba with a design of thistle and an autumn insect. The three-dimensional, intricately carved Thistle decorated with an autumn insect and gold dot inlay on the eyes. The workmanship is excellent. It is mumei, but attributed to the Choshu school and passed the Toubetsu Hozon Tosogu shinsa in 2025. |
