In the Muromachi period, there were Uta swordsmiths used the "Hisa [久]", such as Hisakuni [久国], Hisashige [久重], Hisatomi [久富], and Hisanori [久則]. It comes with a Handachi style koshirae with a dark brown hammered lacquer sheath. It has passed the Hozon Token shinsa in 2015.
