| This swordsmith, Shinano Daijo Fujiwara Tadakuni, was second generation. His lineage started in the Totori, Inaba Province from the early Edo Period until the early Meiji Period. It lasted for 8 or 9 generations. They flourished and kept the features of the Horikawa school. This Wakizashi gives a strong impression with in a good condition. The Kitae is Koitame with Jinie and Chikei. The Hamon is Choji and Gunome-midare with Sunagashi and Muneyaki. It has passed the Tokubetsu Hozon Token shinsa in 2024. |
