This swordsmith, Ichiryusai Fujiwara Sadatoshi, was active during the late Edo Period. He was a descendant of the Mogusa Tradition in Mutsu Province. Later. he moved Shirakawa and then to Mito, Hitachi Province where he became a worker of the Mito Clan. It comes with a Tanto style Koshirae with a dark brown Ishimeji Hirumaki Saya. Passed the Tokubetsu Hozon Shinsa in 2024. |
